Replacement Policy

Replacement & Refund :

If the product was delivered to you was damaged or not working (dead) then we will take the return and immediately provide the same new product at no extra cost, we have 10 Days Replacement policy in case of unused products. Defective items will be replaced with the same model new product. If a wrong product is received due to ZebonSports mistake then that must be returned in an original condition as received in an unused condition with all seals/tags intact. And the ordered product is not available in stock we will process the refunds in the same mode of payment you choose while making the payment. 

ZebonSports will not process Refunds/Returns/Replacement/Exchange/Cancellation for incorrect purchases, used products, broken tags, better prices available, not like the quality, Ordered in Error, customized the product as per own requirement, color change or change of mind. 

Important – Regarding Damaged Items in transit, you have 48 hrs to inform us about the same and Regarding manufacturing defective items you have 10 Days to inform us about the same with proof. If the product is damaged after 10 days during usage then you need to contact the manufacturer of the product. ZebonSports can only guide the way to contact the manufacturer.

  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags/barcode, labels, and invoices. If the original manufacturer packing/seal on the product is removed or tampered then we don’t consider the product is damaged in transit or shipped from our end.
  • Replacement on used products / Broken Tags will not be accepted in any case, and NO argument will be entertained. We consider Broken Tags means the product is used.
  • Replacement of good/product or refund costs will not be made until the original good/product is received by us in a re-saleable condition and your claim verified. 
  • We aim to process refunds and replacements within 3 days of receipt by us of the original product/good. 
  • All Healthcare, Beauty, Supporters/Briefs products are non-returnable.
  • Strings are non-returnable on the ground – breaks during stringing, cut in the string, threads are stretched, as we never noticed such issues and mostly strings sold in company air-sealed pack, so no way to find out the genuineness of the claim.
  • Refund on an order will be done once, there are no Multiple Refunds on a single order.
  • There can be 5-10% of color difference possible in the shown picture and received product due to the calibration of the desktop/mobile screen. So, such orders will not be count under defective or any other issue.
  • If Return/Replacement approved due to not our mistake or change in the size required, then you need to ship through own courier at own expenses within 72hrs.
  • If the requested replacement size between 36-44 is not available then the amount will be credited in the ZebonSports wallet after you ship the product to us in unused condition with tags (not broken).
  • NO Size Replacement will be given for tracksuits less than size 38 and bigger than 44.
  • Bulk Quantity orders are not eligible for any return or refund.
  • Any product purchased during a Sale time (either a few hrs sale or several days sale), such products not eligible for return/refund/replacement.
  • Shipment Data related to order may be deleted by courier company after 45 days, so maximum time related to shipment related query is 30 days. And the final delivery date will be considered which is marked by the courier on their website.
  • If Replacement/Store Credit is processed then that can only be processed once and not more than that.
  • If you are violating any of the mentioned policies, abusive or don’t respect them then we reserve the right to block the purchase account for any future purchase from us.



Cancellation Policy :

We allow order cancellation until the order is not shipped (if that’s a prepaid order) from our end at a 3.5% deduction from the refund value. After the order has been shipped then we can’t cancel the order. In the case of Lazypay and Epaylater order will not be canceled once placed, you need to make the payment of them for availing credit facilities, so order wisely. In case of Prepaid order if any buyer denies taking the product from the courier guy after shipment then all the expenses incurred in sending that shipment including 2 sides courier charges + handling /packing charge will be charged from the refund, No Free Shipping clause will be applicable at that time.

If Order is customized like Stringing or any other such service, they can’t be canceled in case of late delivery too, so if u need the order urgently or in Express and can’t wait then don’t customized the product.

ZebonSports may cancel the order, under rare circumstances, including: 

a) Incorrect pricing or description of the product

b) Payment fraud detection by Payment Gateway or our department.

c) Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer’s Address
d) Available products not passed our internal Quality Check during the dispatch of the product.
